"Interview Scope:

The interview questions tend to be broad, but we would like to catch the individual’s ability to communicate and collaborate with our end-users, as well as their proficiency in documenting business systems in our ticketing (ManageEngine/ServiceDesk Plus) and technical documentation (IT Glue) systems. We are interested in candidates who excel at managing business applications, particularly in user administration, maintenance, and regular support.

Here are a few example questions that will be asked for this interview:

Tell me everything you know about the organization (look through the website, employee count, different verticals, financials, size, history, what we do, etc.)

Briefly describe your education, training and experience and how you have prepared you for the position of System Analyst with our organization

Self-evaluation yourself question. From 0 to 10, please rate your knowledge and experience in the following areas for diagnosing and resolving system issues:

Application programming

SQL reporting

Managing enterprise applications

Infrastructure knowledge, Networking, Server Management, Operational/Help Desk support

When working with a customer, describe the methods you use to evaluate business requirements, troubleshoot systems issues, and develop information systems solutions.
