Description

Robert Half is looking for a contract IT Support Technician to assist a large healthcare company focused on providing administrative support services for skilled nursing homes! This is an excellent opportunity to help deploy new hardware, network equipment and set-up all workstations for multiple skilled nursing homes.

Sites located in Cottage Grove, OR and Caldwell, ID. Candidates are required to travel between these sites. (Travel and mileage will be reimbursed)

Dates: August 31st-September 14th

*Candidates for this role MUST abide by the dress code which includes - Collared Shirt (polo is fine); tucked in; Khaki type pants (other business appropriate colors permitted); comfortable closed toe shoes

In this role you will:

Assist the client with the deployment of new hardware including network equipment, workstations, phones, and printers.

Assist with the setup of workstations, printers, rack and stack network equipment, install AP’s etc.

Physical requirements - work at a fast pace during setup and breakdown; ability to stand, walk, bend most of the day; ability to consistently and frequently lift 50 lbs.

Professional with mature decision-making skills

Requirements

A working mobile phone

Strong understanding of Windows installation via USB

Hardware and peripheral troubleshooting skills – PC, printer, laptop etc.

Some network troubleshooting

MS Office

Nice to Haves:

Access to tools (ex, drills for rack and stack, screw drivers, etc.)
