　　Base Salary: \$45,000 - \$60,000 per year

　　What You WILL Be Doing:

　　Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users withhardware, software, and applications problems.

　　Resolve user-reported issues using remote control tools and technicalsupport skills.

　　Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.

　　Participate in IT-related projects, contributing to the improvement ofour IT services.

　　Support the administration of Office365, Azure, and SharePointenvironments as needed.

　　Provide first level support for VPN.

　　ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

　　Experience in an IT support role, Help Desk or related field.

　　Familiarity with Office365, Azure, and SharePoint.

　　Enterprise Link server and SQL server support is a plus.

　　Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

　　Must be in the Kansas City area, as this position includes both remoteand on-site responsibilities.
