(Job Description)

A local family-owned insurance company is currently hiring administrative assistants to support their finance team. This role will be 100% onsite in Spokane, WA working Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST. This position will be a 4-Month Contract-To-Hire. The company has built all of their systems internally and would be happy to train those who have good Excel and admin experience, and someone who is willing to grow, be flexible, and take on responsibility.

Pay - $19/hr. - $20/hr.

Location - Spokane, WA (Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST)

Contract Duration - 4 Months Contract to start with very high potential for extension

(Summary of Key Responsibilities)

Answering and managing phone calls and emails.

Maintaining files and manage database.

Data entry and other clerical tasks.

Preparing reports.

Assisting with customer service inquiries.

(Qualification Requirements)

CONSIDERING LOCAL APPLICANTS WHO ARE CURRENTLY RESIDING NEAR SPOKANE, WA AS WE'RE UNABLE TO SUPPORT RELOCATION AT THIS TIME

2+ years of administrative / clerical experience.

Microsoft Suite experience with comfortability on Excel.

10-Key.

Strong communication skills and professionalism.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to work well in team environment.

For anyone with medical claims / medical admin experience and has knowledge of hospital coding, please emphasize clearly on resume and there is another Claims Adjudicator opportunity with this same company.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00
