In this role, you will be responsible for development of the AM&D sales funnel, commercialization, negotiation and deployment of the Philips Holter Home Test, a cutting-edge ambulatory monitoring and diagnostics solution. You will be part of the Philips Connected Care Organization and will be the linking pin between Philips and its customers. In this role, you will also strongly liaise with the AM&D International team based in Amsterdam to have strategic alignment on commercialization, marketing, annual operating plans, sales incentive plans and clinical evidence generation. Lead the AM&D sales funnel, strategizing and implementing plans to achieve sales targets for the Philips Holter Home Test within the Japanese market.
Commercialization and Deployment: Oversee the commercialization process, ensuring seamless deployment of the ambulatory monitoring solution while addressing customer needs effectively.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between Philips and its customers, fostering strong relationships and serving as a primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the AM&D International team in Amsterdam, aligning on commercial strategies, marketing initiatives, annual operating plans, sales incentive structures, and clinical evidence generation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate extensively with the Business Development Manager in Japan, forming a robust partnership to drive sales and market penetration effectively.
Market Analysis and Insights: Continuously analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights for product enhancements and market positioning.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback for reporting and strategic planning purposes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, account management, or business development within the healthcare industry, preferably in medical devices or diagnostics.
Strong understanding of the Japanese healthcare market, regulations, and customer preferences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proactive and results-oriented approach with a demonstrated ability to drive commercial success.
Fluency in Japanese and English languages required.
Willingness to travel across Japan territories.
