Description

　　We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our FAA team in Oklahoma City, OK. The IT specialist will be responsible for achieving Technology Support across AMA-400, primarily in the classrooms, and labs.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Provide troubleshooting experience of Conference Room/Classroom/Lab PC and Tablet issues and coordinate with the Help Desk for installation of replacement as needed.

　　Provide deployment support for local area networks, servers, and personal computers.

　　Create and Coordinate imaging requests with ESC for Classroom PCs and Tablets.

　　Aid in the managing of computer operations on a large-scale computer system or a multi-server local area network.

　　Provide detailed analysis in the installation, configuration, maintenance, administration, and operation of software and hardware for classroom environments,

　　Provide conference rooms and classroom setup network/wireless configuration, installation of cables, and ensure proper classroom equipment layout.

　　Setup testing labs for prototyping innovations/changes for PCs, Tablets, VDI, and software.

　　Build stand-alone systems for labs.

　　Add/remove Conference Room/Classroom/Lab devices on the domain to/from Active Directory.

　　Create/Archive VDI-specific scheduled offerings groups/folders and ensure instructors and students have VDI profiles established and removed as needed.

　　Perform PowerShell scripting for VDI, Citrix, and Excel.

　　Develop procedures and documentation for computer systems, and training materials for the use of hardware/software.

　　Research and recommend solutions for, but not limited to, VDI and Classroom PC issues as they arise.

　　Perform IT equipment inventories and track the status of this equipment. Recommend improvements or upgrades as needed.Perform hard drive removals for IT equipment ready for excising.

　　Provide briefings and status of projects, problems, or other outstanding project-related issues.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Typically requires bachelor’s degree with less than 2 years relevant experience. Additional equivalent experience may be substituted in leu of the degree.Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience with SharePoint/KSN tools using SharePoint Designer, InfoPath Designer Forms, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power AutomatePay Range:

　　Pay Range $53,950.00 - $97,525.00
