　　We are hiring a Part Time(20 hours a week/hours are flexible) IT Site Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting residents and staff end-users at the community level.

　　How you will make an impact:

　　Managing the lifecycle of desktops, laptops and phone systems while applying required security controls

　　Troubleshooting networking issues to various endpoints

　　Handling customer complaints with patience

　　Training users on how to use technology

　　Taking ownership of issues and driving issues to resolution independently

　　Working in collaboration with team members, customers and vendors

　　Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $25.00 / hr

　　What you will need:

　　2 years of relevant work experience is required.

　　Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.

　　CompTIA A+ certification preferred.

　　Thorough knowledge of personal computer systems and desktop operating systems

　　Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints, as well as deal appropriately with emotional customer service situations

　　Basic knowledge of networking, server administration, and phone systems

　　Candidates should show evidence of an inclination towards continuous learning.
