About IT Service Help Desk Analyst

  Description

  Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to desktop computer systems, hardware, or software as well as mobile devices. Monitor and runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determine and implement solution within prescribed standards and procedures.

  Daily Duties Include:

  IT asset control and distribution

  Client customer service support both internal and external

  LIS portal help and guidance

  Solve communication and networking issue

  Wireless trouble shooting knowledge

  Phone system support

  Basic Networking issues

  Job Summary

  The focus of this position requires a specialist orientation to completing detailed, accurate work based on established guidelines. Job tasks and performance expectations regarding quality of work and accuracy are well defined by existing standards, systems and technology. A conscientious, disciplined approach to work is essential. Consistent, error free work, produced in a steady, methodical manner is key measures of job performance success. Job knowledge and competency is built through formal training and on-the-job practice with cooperative peers. Management leadership provides consistent coaching and support to assure confidence in performing each job responsibility. To meet the goals of the organization, and to support the needs of people to achieve accurate results, the job environment is structured, even paced, and cooperative.

  The development and maintenance of harmonious working relationships is critical to support the nature of repetitive, detailed and accurate work. The job emphasizes using established methods and procedures, minimizing the risk involved in trying new methods. Supported by management, sufficient training and experience, the job requires an outgoing and friendly communication style that is considerate of the feelings and attitudes of others and can work cooperatively with a wide variety of people. It is expected that ideas and opinions would be offered with tact and consideration for others. This position is designed to train, develop, consistently support and recognize a professional specialist and valued team member who will contribute to the necessary maintenance of the organization's high standards for error free, quality work.
