We're currently hiring for an Assistant Store Manager that is responsible of helping to maximize the overall store performance, financial and operational, by overseeing the operation of the store ensuring satisfactory sales and profitability through expense control. Job Responsibilities: Maximizing shop quality and productivity to meet monthly/annual goals Conducting regular inventories Analyzing problems and working out solutions for the customer Managing location staff, including hiring and discipline Maintaining a safe and clean store Additional tasks as assigned Job Requirements: 3 or more years management experience required 5 or more years tire sales/service experience strongly preferred Tire Sales and Service Knowledge required Excellent Interpersonal Skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office and MaddenCo Preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp's Tire Service Standards You wouldn't stop at a green light, so don't let your career become caught in a roadblock.
