JOB REQUIREMENTS: ABC Supply seeks an IT Quality Assurance Lead toperform the following duties: Leading the daily work effort for the QAteam. Scheduling resources to work on specific testing. Understandingthe priority of items for testing based on expectations set by PMs andBas. Working with the Support team lead on any support items needing QAassistance and/or testing Reporting out on status of all items intesting during weekly portfolio review meetings. Escalating issues thatare roadblocks for the QA testers Working with Dev team to establishpriority of QA defect fixes. Managing the defectreporting/tracking/resolution process for large projects. Working withprogramming resources and business analysts to ensure that standards forproduction applications are followed. Act as key point of contact forother teams needing to interface with QA Provide day-to-day managementof any outside contract testers Assist QA manager in testing capacityplanning Assist QA manager in defining measurable goals for Qteam/testers. Leading the automated testing program. Working andmanaging with QA testers involved in automation to set up an\"automation roadmap\". Initial planning for whether manual and/orautomated test tools should be used to execute test cases for asystem/project. Managing the effort to create and organize automatedtesting documentation. Working with QA testers involved in automation toset up team processes for automation setup and automated testing.Provide training and documentation for using Tosca for automationIncrease adoption of Tosca automation across team and across ITprograms. Ensure best practices regarding Tosca are well documented andsocialized in the QA team. Manage and maintain integrations betweenTosca and other testing tools. QA process ownership. Development anddocumentation of testing standards and best practices utilizing QAindustry- accepted best practices Communication and application oftesting standards and best practices Integration of QA processes intothe overall SDLC process.
