Role: IT Project Coordinator

100% On-Site @ Mt. Prospect, IL 60056

3+ Month Contract role.

Pay Range: $27/hr - $30/hr.

Familiarity with product development.

Ability to stay highly organized and balance multiple tasks.

Background in administrative support.

Experience using project management tools.

Computer proficiency proficient in Excel. Speed and accuracy

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning work priorities, coordinating tasks, reviewing project lifecycle management, and rolling out streamlined processes.

Compile status reports, coordinate schedules, manage meetings, identify technical issues, and handle project communications.

Document discussions, track project plans, assist in risk assessment, estimations, and contingency planning, and support project communications.

Participate in process improvement, ensure organization readiness, and gather/report metrics data.

Qualifications:

PMI certification

Project management knowledge and practical experience with large software project

Very strong experience with Microsoft Project application (server version preferred) and Office Professional Suite

Experience with Software Development Lifecycle

Knowledge of MS Project and MS Visio.

Education:

Advanced degree or equivalent work experience required, preferably in IT Project Management.Why should you choose Experis?
