　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented IT Operations Manager IV to join our team in the San Antonio, TX .

　　Description:

　　The IT Operations Manager IV oversees and manages the delivery of IT services within an organization, possesses strong technical expertise in various IT systems and technologies as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. They work closely with other IT Managers to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of IT services and collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. They oversee day-to-day operations across support Tiers 1–3, NOC, and SOC operations, help desk, and oversee all aspects of service delivery, to include active monitoring of all systems, security alerts, active ticket queues, change management, configuration management, and problem management functions. Additionally, they oversee all aspects of incident management from routing to ticket closure and customer satisfaction. The IT Operations Manager IV is an SME serving as IT Operations Center Lead. The IT Operations Manager IV supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree with twelve (12) years of experience. (Can be substituted for a HS diploma with 16 years of experience or an Associate’s degree with 14 years of experience.)

　　7 years of position-specific relevant experience.

　　ITIL V3 Certification.

　　DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II Certifications.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Master’s degree in IT or related discipline.

　　ITIL V4 Certification.

　　Clearance Requirements:

　　The ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance is required prior to starting this position.

　　Must be a US Citizen.

　　Physical Requirements:

　　The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery,
