　　Job Summary 

　　As a part of our continued expansion, Targray requires the services of a Junior Accounts Executive to join our India Office in Gurgaon, Haryana.

　　Job responsibilities - Accounts Payable:

　　Accounts Payable cycle for international group companies.

　　Apply and allocate Payments to suppliers/ customer refunds.

　　Manage Open AP for Ageing and payments released basis of policies and procedures.

　　Ensuring timely Payment of Invoices and within the net term of the suppliers.

　　Reviewing the suppliers outstanding and ageing.

　　Co-ordinating with Suppliers and discussing the discrepancy bills.

　　Preparing monthly feedback reports on Open AP listing.

　　Matching credit card transactions and record them accordingly.

　　Bank reconciliation and supplier reconciliation.

　　Various month end activities including close of AP subledger.

　　Perform daily internal audit to ensure all queries are handled as per the guidelines.

　　Cross training on additional activities in AR/AP and financial modules and act as back up for team members.

　　Responsible for learning and supporting the process end to end within the team and building supportive relationships with peers and colleagues.

　　 Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum qualifications: 

　　Graduate in Commerce (B. Com)

　　1- 2 years of work experience

　　Strong English language skills (verbal and written)

　　Knowledge of Dynamics Great Plains is an asset.

　　Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
