Description

　　We are currently seeking an IT Manager with experience in the manufacturing or similar industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for an analytical and innovative individual who is eager to leverage their knowledge of NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, and integration tools.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Design and implement technical infrastructure supporting NetSuite ERP applications.

　　Oversee the application development processes for the Salesforce CRM platform to handle complex business requirements.

　　Maintain and improve the architecture and functionality of the system, ensuring its alignment with business operations and goals.

　　Create system integration plans and manage their implementation using integration tools.

　　Collaborate with other teams to ensure systems meet business needs and objectives.

　　Develop protocols and strategies for application security and disaster recovery.

　　Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

　　Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

　　Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　Significant experience working with Solutions and Application Architecture, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

　　Proficiency with NetSuite is required; a NetSuite certification is preferred.

　　Solid experience with Salesforce CRM.

　　Familiarity with integration tools and the ability to manage complex integrations is essential.

　　Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

　　Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing project teams.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
