IT Field Support / Bay Area travel with mileage reimbursement

　　A company in the real estate and housing industry is looking for a Field Technician to work 100% onsite in their San Ramon office while supporting various sites in the greater Bay Area area. You'll travel to Walnut Creek, Stockton, San Jose, and throughout the Bay Area, all while receiving mileage reimbursement. You'll support Tier 1-2 tickets dealing with Active Directory and Microsoft 365, image laptops, provide A/V and mobile support. This is a client-facing and white-glove support role so ideal candidates have strong communication skills and hold themselves to a professional standard. You will need a driver's license and vehicle to travel to and from client sites, though gas mileage will be compensated.

　　Required Skills & Experience

　　5+ years of experience working as a field technician

　　Strong background supporting Microsoft and Windows devices, including Active Directory and O365

　　Strong knowledge of imaging and mobile support

　　Working knowledge of Networking Concepts (VPN, office and home networks) are a plus.

　　Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism

　　Active Driver's License and personal vehicle to commute to various sites.
