　　AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of IT Developer III. - Lead Backend Developer (SpringBoot).

　　The position will be part of the Customer Experience DevOps organization. It is a unique system that seamlessly connects your office with your machines for the first time and merges them into a new operation unit. So far, the focus has always been on machine optimisation - with Fendt.ONE, the focus for the first time is on optimising the entire work process. The system offers a unique, integrated user experience. The Digital Customer Experience program is a major strategic investment that will transform our customer experience by offering a digital experience that is distinctive and superior in the industry.

　　Your Impact

　　Responsible to sustain a modern software architecture using Microservice patterns, API design best practice, cloud services, modern test automation solutions.

　　Participate in design, development and deployment of new features

　　Analyze existing software solutions and processes to explore ways to optimize performance, quality, observability, and maintainability of the product.

　　Provide support and incident management of systems being developed

　　Provide technical support and mentoring for teammates

　　Monitor performance and provide responsive action to issues maintaining high-level internal customer satisfaction

　　Design and maintain architectural documentations to aid projects to review the existing architecture.

　　Responsible to develop high-value technical solutions using the best fitting technologies and programming languages to define the path for the development team.

　　Define technical requirements, acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements for userstories.

　　Aid bug resolution by outlining technical details and recommending the best technical approaches possible.

　　Your Experience and Qualifications

　　12+ years of IT experience, 8+ years Java development experience, 4+ years working with Microservices, 5+ years of experience working with AWS

　　Proficiency with Java and Spring Boot Microservices

　　Outstanding Git proficiency

　　Experience with AWS (CloudFormation, ECS, EKS, API Gateway)

　　Experience as a lead developer

　　Mulesoft experience

　　Postgres experience

　　AEM experience

　　Fluency in English communication is required, Effective interpersonal and communication skills, Problem Solving skills needed
