JOB REQUIREMENTS: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs tasksas delegated by the Guest Services Manager and effectively leads guestservices in the absence of the Guest Services Manager; as well asassists the Guest Services Manager with important tasks Assists withcheck-ins, training checklists, interviewing, guest services departmentmeetings, labor management and associate accountability ReinforcesFestival culture, customer service, and performance expectations to allGuest Services associates Develops key associates to take the next stepin the company Utilizes available coaching and evaluation tools Conductsbagger training Directly oversees Guest Services activity to ensure apositive guest experience and team environment Communicates departmentpriorities to Guest Services team and delegates responsibilities Managescommunication through emails, one to one meetings, department meetings,etc. Ensures Guest Services operating procedures are known and followedEnsures Guest Services cleanliness, maintenance, and sanitation Developsand implements weekly/daily work plan for Guest Services Uses labortools to write a schedule that will meet the needs of our guests whilemaximizing productivity to achieve the correct labor budget Managesguest services staff levels throughout the day to coincide with actualitem and guest counts Weekly Accuracy- assists in the completion of,posting, follow up with Bookkeeping/Loss Prevention and associatesincluding any disciplinary actions. Responsible for the department\'stimekeeping accuracy. Communicate to HR regarding any missing time,transferred hours, and schedule issues. Ensure all quality standards arebeing met, including quantity expectations at 100% by 10 am and 5 pm.Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, andadequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
