　　• 负责企业级客户及其IT产品的事件管理。作为中间协调人，积极联系工程师与客户，沟通协调解决方案，促进事件的进展、提高客户的满意度。 • 定期跟踪、汇报case相关进展、参与解决方案的讨论与协调。• 积极协调、主持与客户的会议

　　岗位要求:• 3 年以上企业级客户支持经验• 粤语母语水平，英语听说读写流利• 熟练使用办公软件 Excel, PPT等• 有良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力• 有技术支持，数据分析、大客户管理经验优先
