IT Compliance Specialist
Charlotte, North Carolina
This Is What You’ll Do:
Co-operates with Platform teams, corporate and local IT, ITC and QA, to create and support a compliant corporate infrastructure qualification/validation management system, built on agile principles, eliminating the need for local IT procedures.
Supports business stakeholders, system administrators and system owners, on validation/qualification and periodic review processes and documentation.
Reviews/approves periodic reviews and validation/qualification documentation to ensure adherence with procedural requirements.
Actively contribute and drive global harmonization for IT based on digitalized, efficient processes.
Participates in SOP updates, reviews and approvals (corporate and sites in America).
Supports training administration for IT functions in America.
Assess and releases change control tickets.
Administrative support OctaGRC: Portfolio Approver and ITCP specialist for Americas
Contacts system owners and system admins, working with Quality Assurance and ISRM teams, to ensure good data quality entries for system inventory data in governance system OctaGRC.
The role includes participation in the development and testing of relevant System Inventory Management processes.
Preparations and audit support for health authority and customer inspections.
Performs supplier assessments and participate in supplier audits were agreed with QA.

Ability to make necessary decisions within your area of responsibility.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.

Self-motivated and willing to assume the initiative.
This Is What It Takes:
4-year degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience, 2-3 of these within Pharmaceutical or regulated industry
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills, communication skills
Good familiarity with IT infrastructure components, including hardware, networks, and data centers
Experience with Agile methodology
