　　Description

　　The Business Analyst I position aids product owners on upcoming stories, completing basic analysis tasks, which will subsequently help product owners construct their backlog. The role will primarily focus on data analysis for upcoming features but will also involve some intra-sprint work on items that could pertain to any previous analysis performed. The position may require collaboration with other departments so good communication skills are required. This is an entry level position offering opportunities to grow within the Business Analyst role as skills and expertise advance.

　　Essential Functions:

　　Supports the product owner, providing analysis in upcoming, less complex, analysis tasks.

　　Ability to handle multiple items concurrently and prioritize when needed.

　　Ability to work independently but take the initiative when presented and resolve problems.

　　Ability to comprehend the problem space and be able to articulate the results from the analysis with potential recommendations.

　　Ability to support the product owner and team when required on intra-sprint items.

　　Ability to coordinate and work with other teams as needed.

　　Working knowledge of business process modeling to support performed analysis.

　　SALARY RANGE $48,688 - $75,800

　　Position Requirements

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook

　　Associate degree or 2-3 years of relevant industry experience.

　　0-2 years of related business analyst experience
