VCA Desert is seeking a Housekeeping Professional to join our team!

　　Responsibilities include general building maintenance and janitorial duties, such as cleaning rest rooms, kitchen, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and maintaining cleanliness of the hospital.

　　Requirements:

　　Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or maintenance preferred but not required.

　　The ideal candidate will be a team player who is friendly, outgoing, people - oriented and has excellent communication and client service skills.

　　Strong attention to detail and understanding of OSHA standards and hospital cleaning protocol.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Perform a variety of duties for the cleaning and maintenance of the hospital.

　　General building maintenance and janitorial duties (including animal waste), sanitize such as cleaning rest rooms and kitchen, vacuuming, laundry, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and maintaining cleanliness of outside areas.

　　Assist the with work orders.

　　Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning checklists.

　　Maintains laundry for the hospital.

　　Maintains the grounds of the property including waste disposal.

　　The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.00 per hour.
