Overview: ITS is seeking an IT Business Analyst to enhance the quality of IT products and services by analyzing data to steer strategic business decisions and finding innovative tech-drivensolutions. This will include working with a variety of Software Systems to achieve the best solution to resolve business needs. Required Qualifications: 1. A bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience 2. A minimum of 5 years of related experience 3. Experience and ability to analyze and develop business and technical requirements 4. Knowledge of and experience with data analysis, report writing, and SQL queries 5. Experience interpreting and evaluating client informational needs and determining appropriate solutions 6. Experience creating technical specifications and process documentation Preferred Qualifications 1. Previous experience with PeopleSoft Financials and Campus Solutions or similar ERP Systems 2. Experience working with a variety of software systems to assist in providing integrated solutions 3. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills 4. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals, both technical and nontechnical 5. Project Management experience for technical and non-technical projects 6. Experience working with a variety of individuals with varying skill sets 7. Experience working in a Higher Education environment Working Conditions: * This is a hybrid position with on-site, in-person responsibilities in Salem, MA. Office activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and interaction with computer equipment.
