　　As Nuvolo-s IS Systems Specialist I, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a desktop/laptop environment to integrate corporate software and deliver it seamlessly to employees both locally and remotely. Manage, maintain, troubleshoot and support desktop Operating Systems in conjunction with application setup, delivery, and maintenance. Work with team members to resolve issues and implement best practice solutions. We are a highly automated and cloud focused IT Shop. We are applying enterprise standards to a highly remote and mobile workforce using all SAAS/Cloud Software.

　　As an IS Systems Specialist I, your role will include:

　　Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems 10 and Mac OSx with the ability to troubleshoot advanced problems in a Desktop Environment;

　　Ability to build images, configure, customize, and deploy new desktop and laptop computers;

　　Proven understanding of automation scripting using PowerShell in Windows and macOS operating systems under MDM;

　　Diagnosis, investigation, recovery, and resolution of various hardware problems and software issues, including working with hardware vendors and repair shops;

　　Develop, implement, and maintain software and hardware deployment and upgrade schedules;

　　Onboard and offboard users across all office locations of the company;

　　Maintain the company IT asset inventory up to date;

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from a four-year college or university and five years related client support experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

　　Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of:

　　o Microsoft products and Microsoft Office Suite;

　　o MS Azure AD and Endpoint Manager;

　　o Endpoint Detection & Response and Anti-Malware solutions;

　　o JAMF Pro Mobile Device Management for Apple devices;

　　Experience with ServiceNow ITSM module for incident and request management;

　　Experience and understanding of Security policies and procedures;

　　Knowledge management and sharing between the team members;

　　Excellent client service skills with the ability to organize priorities and act with a sense of urgency when necessary;

　　Proficient in English speaking and writing skills; Bonus points for:

　　Experience with building and deploying desktop applications via MDM. (MS Endpoint Manager, JAMF Pro)

　　MS Exchange Online

　　Okta Identity Engine

　　Azure & AWS Experience

　　SD-WAN Experience

　　ITIL certification

　　MS AZ-104 certification

　　MS AZ-900 certification
