ABOUT YOU
As a Technical Account Manager,you will ensure KPIs are met, auditors are trained and calibrated, and our key clients are happy with programme
Required skills and experience
Full Clean UK Driving License
Have previous experience auditing to retailer standards, and technical management of programmes
Hold an auditing qualification, preferably ISO lead auditor, combined with technical auditing expertise, as mentioned above
UK Retailer(s) industry experience
Possess the necessary competencies to facilitate the training of auditors
Educated to degree or equivalent
Exceptional Leadership Skills: Demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture while driving operational excellence
Customer-Centric Approach: Exhibit a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining high standards of written and spoken communication
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY As a Technical Account Manager, you will directly report to the Client Technical Account Director.
Key activities:
Support in selecting prospective auditors
Act as an approved trainer, overseeing the training and refreshing of auditors through various platforms, including remote or online methods
Ensure auditors align with the contract criteria, including the development and execution of shadow and witness audit plans
Review audit reports for quality and alignment, manage feedback and facilitate training sessions
Maintain KPI metrics aligned with the program, providing detailed reports and presentations as needed
Collaborate with the scheduling and finance teams to swiftly resolve queries
Stay updated on relevant legal requirements and policies, promptly informing auditors of any changes
Home Based. Travelling to clients across the UK as needed, occasional travel abroad. Full Time. Permanent.
