POSITION SUMMARY Ensures accurate and timely payments of Magnifi Financial s invoices by scanning and completing the accounts payable workflow. Submits and approves supply orders for all Magnifi locations. Position can work remote up to four days per week; required on-site in Melrose on Thursdays. This position is available up to 40 hours per week, but part-time option (24-40) is available. Part-time option could be benefits eligible. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Completes accounts payable, including entering and paying of invoices and corporate credit cards within the required timeframe. Creates and maintains vendor records, including obtaining IRS Form W-9. Submits, verifies and approves the supply orders for all locations on a weekly basis. Assists with the calculation of sales, local and use taxes payable on invoices as appropriate and submits payment to the Minnesota Department of Revenue on a monthly basis. Assists with the review of vendor-related IRS Forms 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC for accuracy prior to submission. Actively participates in community relations efforts to contribute to the mission and visibility of the Credit Union. BENEFITS We are committed to investing in our team!
