Kforce has a client in Chestnut Hill, MA that is seeking to hire an Investments Associate. This client is a large real estate company that is currently growing. This role will be fully hybrid.Responsibilities include:

　　Investments Associate will play key role in creating new investment analyses

　　Develop pro formas and budgets with cross-functional teams

　　Support refinancing and recapitalization transactions

　　Manage communication to third parties such as lenders and appraisers

　　As an Investments Associate, you will create annual business plans for existing assets and new transactions

　　In charge of Excel models for multiple analyses

　　Bachelor's degree

　　5 years of experience in real estate or Asset Management Analysis

　　Experience in Argus and Excel modeling required

　　Strong understanding of financial systems

　　Strong communication skills

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
