The Maintenance-HVAC Technician will be working at a retirement community experienced in handling a wide range of maintenance related and HVAC support functions. Able to work independently. Must have verifiable experience doing maintenance scope of work at an apartment complex or a retirement center in the past. Looking for a handyman! Pay is $26-$30 DOE. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Scope may include touch ups, minor repairs, clean, paint, move furniture, fix faucets, etc.

　　Applying preventative measures to the building and building equipment to reduce the risk of future problems

　　Plumbing knowledge to address leaks, clogs, soldering cooper pipes, working with cast iron plumbing or other drainage problems or HVAC equipment that may need repair.

　　Painting around the building or building equipment when old paint has become faded or chipped. 

　　Minimal groundskeeping duties may be needed from time to time. AC&R a plus but not required.

　　Carpentry and HVAC ability to handle basic repairs around the building, not a requirement but a major plus!
