JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB SUMMARY The EHS intern will work in our EHSdepartment as well as working with other departments to achieve desiredEHS goals. He/she will have the opportunity to learn production,machining and engineering skills via hands-on training and work. The EHSintern is a hands-on position with interaction within all levels of theorganization. The EHS intern will be hands-on position and be givenprojects with deliverables. DUTIES INCLUDE: Process Safety MethodologyFormal Job Safety Analysis (JSA) -- Standardized process forLucas-Milhaupt Ergonomic analysis of tasks Lockout tagout procedurerevision as needed Participate in Lean activities including Kaizenevents, 5S, Preventive Maintenance programs, root cause analysis, 5 Whyand other Lean tools to enhance productivity.
