RideNow Powersports is seeking a positive and energetic Internet Sales Manager to convert leads and drive customer loyalty! If you are an exceptional leader, listener, an ace on the phone, and have handled internet sales leads in a dealership environment, we want to talk to you!
The ideal candidate will have experience in internet sales management, preferably in the automotive or powersports industry. You will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls and internet leads, setting and confirming sales appointments, performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers, and driving a staff to not only meet expectations but exceed them. You will also be responsible for answering incoming calls and responding to internet inquiries promptly, communicating effectively with customers through various channels, and maintaining accurate customer information in our CRM system.
In addition to your sales management responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to assist with the growth of the team by hiring and training new sales associates. The ability to motivate and lead a team is essential in this role.
We are looking for someone with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and exceptional email skills. You should be energetic, outgoing, and possess a friendly demeanor. Persistence and patience are crucial qualities as you will be expected to follow up with customers continuously. Excellent organizational skills and familiarity with powersports vehicles are also desired.
Requirements
Previous Automotive or Powersports internet sales management experience strongly preferred
Experience utilizing CRM systems
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience building and motivating a team
Energetic and outgoing personality
Persistence and patience in following up with customers
Internet savvy with great computer skills
Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles
