In this role, you will establish and drive the procurement of materials and services in alignment with Business
Leadership. You will be supporting a large business to develop and execute procurement Annual Operating Plans and
Strategic Plans. You will have global responsibility for driving competitive commodity and category supply strategies
to achieve the lowest Total Cost and reduced Working Capital via High Growth Region Sourcing, Value Engineering,
and Sole/Single Source elimination. You will develop and oversee the Supplier Performance system to support your
business unit and ensure supply continuity. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and
procedures, Export /Import regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute Annual & Strategic Plan
Ensure alignment to Business and Function to drive results and overall business strategy
Development of strategies and resources to align with Business Growth Initiatives & New Product
Introductions
Manage Category and Commodity teams to develop strategies that align with business needs
Build a world-class workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing, and
retaining top talent
Ensure relationship development and management with key suppliers
Align with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Business, Operations, Finance and Quality, and Other
Honeywell Businesses
Manage and improve sourcing processes/performance through an effective Management Operating System to drive change and procurement transformation
Lead Organizational Effectiveness and Budget through efficiency improvement and functional transformation
Communicate key procurement metrics at various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and meeting
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Science, Finance, or relevant field
15+ years’ experience in procurement and operations
WE VALUE
MBA, Master’s Degree, or relevant Business Experience
International experience with exposure to High Growth Regions
Global Leadership experience in Supply Management/Sourcing/Procurement/Business
Complex and Large Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience
