About International Total Rewards Coordinator

  About the Position

  FiscalNote is seeking an International Total Rewards Coordinator with experience in managing international total rewards programs to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, the Coordinator will be responsible for administering and managing various aspects of our international total rewards programs. Experience in global benefits compliance and cross-cultural communication is preferred for this role.

  The International Total Rewards Team is dedicated to providing comprehensive and competitive total rewards programs to our global workforce at FiscalNote. By designing and implementing international total rewards initiatives, we ensure that our employees receive valuable and culturally relevant rewards.   What To Expect In This PositionAdminister and manage various aspects of our international total rewards programsEnsure compliance with global benefits regulations and requirementsCoordinate with vendors and third-party providers to deliver international total rewards offeringsCollaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to design and implement global total rewards initiativesConducting comprehensive analysis of compensation data, including surveys, market trends, and internal benchmarks.Evaluating and classifying job positions based on responsibilities, skills, and experience.Developing accurate job descriptions and assigning appropriate job levels.Maintaining compensation structures aligned with organizational goals including salary ranges, pay grades, and incentive plans to attract, retain, and motivate talent.Regularly reviewing compensation policies for internal equity and external competitiveness.Making recommendations for adjustments based on market conditions and business needs.Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Collaborating with finance and HR teams to develop annual salary budgets and forecasts.Considering business objectives, market trends, and internal factors when creating budgets.Assist employees with inquiries and provide support related to international total rewardsConduct research and stay updated on international total rewards best practices and industry trendsCollaborate with the team to develop and deliver international total rewards communications and training materialsMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretionPreferred experience in international benefits compliance and cross-cultural communicationPerform other related duties as assigned

  What Sets You ApartBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1+ years of experience in managing international total rewards programsIn-depth knowledge of global total rewards regulations, compliance, and industry trendsExposure to stock and equity programs is a plusExperience coordinating with vendors and third-party providers for international total rewards offeringsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-cultural collaborationDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilitiesProficient in conducting research and analyzing data related to international total rewardsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer serviceKnowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to international total rewards (desired)
