　　Title: NDT Tech - Borescope InspectorReports to: NDT SupervisorLocation: MentorShift: 1st, Weekend Wrap (Thurs - Mon) or (Fri - Tues)Requirements:Able to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity.Comfortable using a team approach to problem solving.Have a strong sense of urgency with the ability to work independently.Work Experience:Minimum of 2 years' experience as an operator in a manufacturing environmentPreferred experience with Borescope devicesPreferred experience with Excess Metal defect removal inside of cored metal castings.Responsibility:The Borescope Inspector finisher must be able to perform operations and operate all equipment efficiently in the optical inspection and fine rework of metal castings, defined as turbine components or castings of comparable weight and size (from approximately 5 to 75 pounds). Ability to comprehend and adhere to established safety and quality procedures and protocols.Specific Duties:Perform borescope inspection of the cores of all assigned products/castings.Ability to identify defects and perform delicate rework using fine tools.Execute and manage rework procedures on identified defects.Communicate and coordinate with quality department and leadership on identified issues/trendsPerform visual inspection to ensure quality is delivered to our customers.Pass inspection/audits in accordance with customer specifications and company procedures.May perform other duties as specified by the supervisor.Records on a daily basis all work performed and correct distribution of work time identifying same by operational codes.
