　　How you will make an impact

　　Handling and coordinating training courses for internal employees

　　Supporting sales teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support

　　Composing correspondence and proofreading materials

　　Providing all other Sales Assistant-related duties as needed

　　Providing customer service in a kind and professional manner

　　Handling the generation of sales reports and preparations for presentations

　　Supporting and participating in trade shows and conventions

　　Facilitating the promotion of company products and services

　　Preparing travel and meeting arrangements

　　Providing order coordination support to ensure the processes are completed Requirements - Prior experience coordinating projects, utilizing strong social skills, and working well with all levels of personnel and outside clients and vendors

　　Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical

　　BA/BS degree in business, communications, or a related field suggested

　　Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

　　Solid understanding of account management

　　Recommended experience includes 2+ years of Sales Assistance

　　Hands-on knowledge of MS Office Suite
