AdventHealth Primary Care Network is seeking one board certified/board eligible internal medicine physician to join an existing practice in Leesburg, Florida. Physician will take over a fully established patient panel.

　　Work Life Balance Schedule. Shared call. No weekend office hours.

　　Shared Call. Practice call only. No hospital rounding. Nurse triage support for call coverage.

　　Patient Census. Expect to see between 20-22 patients per day utilizing the efficiencies of EPIC, electronic medical record.

　　Dedicated Admin Time. 4 hours weekly.

　　The ideal candidate will have:

　　Experience with or willingness to supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APRN & PA-C)

　　Proficiency with minor office-based procedures including, but not limited to joint injections, and minor dermatologic procedures

　　Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine (or Board Eligibility within 3 years of completing a US based residency program)

　　Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure)

　　Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
