　　Positions: Full-Time and On-Call Nanny The Nanny Lab is now hiring passionate, creative, and dedicated professional on-call nannies to join our growing Maryland, Virginia, and DC team.

　　Hours: Full-Time guaranteed hours. Guaranteed hours ensure that any caregivers who are interested in working full-time hours, make a minimum of 40 hrs per week. Guaranteed hour caregivers will be paidfor 8 hours per day(or actual hours if the sift is greater than 8 hours) for days they are booked with guaranteed hours. This means, if you are booked for a 4 hour shift - you are guaranteed to be paid for8hrs!

　　Experience: We are looking for experienced caregivers that are passionate about building relationships with the families we serve. Caregivers must have with at least 3 years of childcare experiences with at least 3 references with previous families you have worked with. In addition to 3 years of childcare experience, you must be able to pass a clean background check and authorized to work in the US.Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour with bonuses per job
