How will you make a difference to PMI?As the Internal Communications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sophisticated internal communication strategies that contribute to a positive, engaged, and informed workforce.What you'll bring to the role:You will focus on strategy development, planning, and collaboration with senior executives, HR, and Culture teams.You will lead the drafting, editing, and distribution of important communication from leadership, ensuring clarity and consistency.Actively engage in the development and refinement of communication strategies, initiatives, and channels that foster a culture of openness and engagement.Role Qualifications:Requires 3-7 years of experience with a strong background in HR and internal communications.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective internal communication strategies and initiatives.Proven ability to effectively draft and edit communications, handle multiple projects, and navigate through changing priorities efficiently.
