Our Supply Chain Management departament in Brasov is looking for a new colleague to support the team!

What you will do as an Export Control Specialist:

Act as the interface within the scope of responsibility between the Business Units, the plants and the Export Control Specialists;

Ensure that all employees involved in Export Control processes within their scope of responsibility are enabled to handle Export Control related topics and risk adequately;

Contribute from regional perspective to the global Export Control Strategy and ensure proper communication of it within the plants and legal entities in your region;

Ensure application of internal Export Control guidelines as well as applicable international and local export control regulations;

Optimize the local processes to ensure that the data contained within the ERP system is in line with supplier declarations and internal items classifications;

Maintain the Export Control data within the ERP system;

Support compliance assessment and audits; assist in investigations and support the implementation corrective actions.

What will you need to succeed:

Professional experience in Logistic, Purchasing, Sales or similar area;

Knowledge in customs, export control regulations, and requirements desirable;

English language - advanced knowledge;

German language would be a plus;

Very good MS Office knowledge - Excel, PowerPoint;

Team player.
