The ideal intern candidate thrives in a dynamic environment to support daily tasks and process improvements on production lines. Duration: Starting part-time as soon as possible, full-time hours for summer 2024. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Support multiple manufacturing lines, with an emphasis on quality Assist engineers in daily tasks and projects related to product quality Evaluate and disposition, monitoring and process improvement of reworks done in production Assist in reporting, application updates and data retrieval ensuring consistent and reliable information Assist in documentation processes and equipment set ups, perform testing as needed Review and update existing quality related documentation Able to collaborate with engineers and teammates on-site in Waseca, MN Education: Enrolled in engineering bachelor's degree or related field and completion of at least two years of college coursework (preferred, Computer Science, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer) Required Skills & Experience: Intermediate Excel skills (i.e. formulas, vlookup, pivot tables) Able to learn new information and apply learned skills Professional workplace communication and collaboration Efficient time management skills Able to work on-site in Waseca, MN Preferred Skills & Experience: Previous related work or internship experience Computer programming knowledge Exposure to SQL server and SQL Management Studio tools Travel: 0% Physical Demands: This role will be completed in a manufacturing environment, with no special physical requirements.
