　　What You'll Do:

　　Performs elementary architectural assignments and works from designs of others.

　　Compiles data, performs basic computations and prepares working drawings on projects of limited scope. Assists in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, business development, etc.

　　Assists in conducting preliminary studies to obtain information as to space and design requirements, obtaining measurements and making sketches preliminary to the preparation of contract drawings.

　　Researches, gathers, and records information for use in writing specifications.

　　Performs basic analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies and limited design layouts.

　　Performs other duties as assigned.

　　What You'll Need:

　　High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus current enrollment in post-secondary architectural or related programPrimary Focus Includes:

　　Aviation projects at Denver International Airport (DEN) to include DEN on-call tasks, Airline specific projects and Support for larger programs such as Concourse expansion and Terminal design management

　　Additional aviation projects within Colorado

　　Additional projects in Denver, CO, such as sports architecture, transportation architecture and civic architecture

　　Supporting staff architects with “redline” drawings updates using Revit software

　　Supporting staff architects with construction administration reviews to include contractor shop drawings, production data reviews and product sample reviews.

　　Provide graphic support for marketing project pursuits

　　Assist Leadership within the Denver office with local activities, social events, meeting preparations, and office management.

　　Participate in training

　　Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

　　Proficiency in software:

　　Conceptual Modeling: exposure to Sketchup and/or Rhino, Grasshopper

　　Documentation: Revit, AutoCAD a plus

　　Rendering: exposure to Enscape, Twin Motion, Lumion and/or V-Ray

　　Graphics: Adobe Suite

　　Additional experience: Microsoft office tools, Bluebeam, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator

　　Possess good communication skills and displays the following attributes:

　　The approximate pay range for Colorado is $19.43 - $29.15. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
