We are hiring two Senior Supply Chain Agents who will develop and maintain supplier alliances while coordinating contract, purchasing and inventory control functions for operating department s short- and long-term requirements for materials and services. Provides project management and customer services for all operating units. Serves as a business partner for specified division(s) and builds relationships with internal business members through proactive sharing of best practices to ensure alignment with business objectives. Total Rewards: A typical starting range for this position is $89,000 - $105,000 annually. Key responsibilities: Analyzes requisitions for compliance and issues purchase orders Reviews and evaluates vendor terms, collaborating with GRE s legal department when necessary to ensure alignment with GRE s standard terms and conditions. Identifies and manages relationships with key suppliers Provides information to internal customers on lead times, pricing, etc. Qualifies and identifies suppliers for bid participation Plans, schedules and coordinates activities that support and improve the supply chain process. Analyzes inventory usage and recommends stocking levels Sources and maintains qualified key supplier sources. Conducts research for internal customers on lead times, pricing and leading technology improvements. Plans, schedules and coordinates activities designed to support outages and new projects. Initiates and manages RFPs within the Wood Mackenzie bid event platform. Analyzes contracts and key requisitions for compliance with the company s long-term goals and makes sure all GRE financial requirements are met. Analyzes inventory investment levels and recommends stocking levels to ensure operating department s uninterrupted supply of critical maintenance and construction materials
