　　Position Highlights:

　　The candidate will perform general Allergy and Immunology medicine in an outpatient setting

　　Qualified applicants should have the required skills in facilitating patients with a full range of services within their specialty and scope of practice

　　Duties include but will not be limited to providing excellent care for patients in an outpatient setting including diagnosing and treating various conditions, monitoring patients progress and adjust medications as needed, prescribing treatments or medications to best treat patients’ symptoms and conditions

　　Order tests and interpret results to determine the best treatment options

　　Maintain appropriate medical records and results

　　No nights or weekends coverage required

　　Call required – phone only

　　Established volumes with the ability to see an average of 20 patients per day

　　Patient Census – Pediatrics and Adults

　　Required Qualifications:

　　BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Allergy & Immunology

　　Unrestricted New York State Medical License or ability to obtain

　　Current New York State DEA certificate required to start

　　New York Residents Only : The salary range for New York residents is $281,002 to $426,720 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
