　　Job Description

　　Coffman's corrosion control engineering team serves national and international clients in the oil and gas, marine, water/wastewater, federal, utility, power generation, and commercial market sectors. We have provided these services for more than three decades. Today, our group consists of more than 30 engineers and technicians who possess various certifications, and several licensed professional engineers.

　　Responsibilities May Include:

　　Assisting with on-site internal corrosion evaluations and monitoringPerforming on-site atmospheric corrosion control inspectionsReviewing inspection data against a known scope and for technical accuracyPreparing calculations in accordance with API 570 and 653 Inspection standardsWorking with industry standard inspection database programs to document inspections, review inspection intervals, and track scopePerforming site walk downs and preparing field as-built drawingsPreparing inspection plans in accordance with regulatory and industry best practicesQualifications

　　Requirements Include:

　　Engineering Degree from an ABET-accredited engineering programAPI 570 or API 653 certification preferredCorrosion control or oil and gas industrial experience preferredTravel, perform field work, and work overtimeValid driver's license and excellent driving recordTransportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) or eligibility to obtain a TWICExceptional organization, writing and communication skillsCompetency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel and database programsThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.
