　　Integration Lead Engineer

　　As an Integration Lead Engineer, you help bring real products and technical implementations of new standards to life, across a complex ecosystem made up of mobile device OEMs, chipset makers and sensor vendors, OS technology platform makers and manufacturers. You analyze high level requirements and new standardization regulations, as well as detailed technical requirements. You work with software engineers, specialists, various stakeholders across multiple collaborating organizations, to help bring products to market that enable new, secure digital identities. You dig deep into integration and dependency issues and help find technical and process solutions to resolve them.

　　Required Skills

　　Strong understanding of device or system software architectures

　　Strong technical foundation (you will not need to write code or specify architectures, but you need to be able to understand a device/system/OS level software system, with a layered system architecture that involves embedded software, system software, integration of components from multiple suppliers, application software and various frameworks)

　　Understand code and API and subsystem dependencies at the software level

　　Understand the challenges of software integration and release

　　Excellent communication skills, with precision, in both written and spoken English

　　Excellent problem-solving skills, especially for technical issues, complex bugs, design challenges, with the ability to leverage multiple specialized/focused teams/experts, and bringing them together to solve complex dependency issues

　　Attention to details and solution-orientation

　　At least 5 years of experience in commercial software development projects

　　Preferred Skills

　　Strong Asset: Understanding of the Android ecosystem, from hands-on Android development work, or Android App or from Android device projects

　　Strong Asset: Android software development experience, and/or system software development experience

　　Experience and strong understanding of software integration for Android devices (adoption of Android OS releases, AOSP, HAL, OEM customization of the UI and the OS, drivers for hardware modules, preloaded apps, boot sequence issues)

　　Understanding of production software issues (software image flashing in manufacturing, management of device serial and model numbers, software variants, self-testing and production testing, security certificate logistics)

　　Understanding of SE (Secure Elements)

　　Ability to deal with a wide spectrum of stakeholders, from highly technical engineers and architects to senior business stakeholders, to contributors from a variety of external vendors and ecosystem players

　　Project management skills, including the planning of dependencies, project scoping, tracking of progress and blockers

　　Understanding of concepts of Digital Identity, Cryptography, System Security

　　Experience with standardization

　　Ability to travel (occasionally) to US, APAC, and the European Union
