Title:
Integrated Product Support Supervisor
KBR is seeking an Integrated Product Support Supervisor to support the United States Space Force's (USSF) Satellite Control Network (SCN). The SCN provides highly reliable and secure data transfer, telemetry, tracking, command, control, and communications (TT&C3) for more than 195 Department of Defense (DoD), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), civil, and allied satellites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides leadership by directing the efforts of personnel involved in providing a variety of support to programs involved with Supply, Property, Transportation, and Disposal. Responsible for the overall performance of the assigned department or function. Provides operational oversight to ensure work is accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner. Insures awareness and monitors employee compliance with all applicable company directives, policies, and procedures. Coordinates activities involving the customer, other organizations, and/or company functions. Responsible for defining training requirements, developing employee skills, and promoting continuous improvement. Develops and implements performance standards and internal control.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
Excellent knowledge and experience in life cycle analysis, Product Change Notification, Component Obsolescence Management, Supply Chain Management.
Develops processes for the development of new products, inventory, manufacturing, and delivery.
Manage, acquire, develop, sustain, maintain, revise, change, publish and distribute Technical Orders (TO) and Technical Manuals (TM) for the program.
Oversees engineering drawings, Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP) and Technical Data Packages (TDP) deliveries.
Establish and maintain the technical publication set in the Central Data Library (CDL) that includes TOs, commercial manuals, DISA circulars and other DISA guidelines and directives required for work center use.
Builds relationships within the company and external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
Develops an appropriate strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
Works with stakeholders to identify/maintain resources required for an efficient supply chain.
Maintains the required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize projects and production.
Establishes performance metrics for comparison/evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain.
Develops and maintains inventories of materials/supplies for production and project execution.
Monitors suppliers’ performance; assesses their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
Oversees warranty administration, vendor service agreements and spares model data packages.\
Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree and 8-10 years of experience.
Security Clearance:
Secret (or the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance)
Basic Compensation:
$95,000 - $120,000
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
