　　Robert Half has an opportunity available for an Office Manager interested in a permanent position. If you thrive under tight deadlines with minimal supervision and consider yourself self-driven and organized accounting professional, this Office Manager position could be a great match for your skills. The Office Manager is in charge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliation, and month-end closing. Furthermore, the Bookkeeper will manage a general ledger reconciliation or light journal entries, full cycle A/P coding, cash applications, and perform data entry. 　　Your responsibilities

　　Alternative special projects as requested

　　Form monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

　　Update general ledger

　　Prepare subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement

　　Sustain monthly accounting close

　　Keep sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments

　　Draw up cash flow projections, as needed

　　Well-versed in credit card management and reconciliation

　　Govern monthly accounting close

　　Familiar with Accounts Receivable

　　Maintain Accounts Payable

　　Requirements

　　Experience working in the Construction industry required

　　Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems

　　Great attention to detail

　　Sage 100 experience preferred

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience

　　Proficiency in payroll

　　Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　Strong analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills

　　Exemplary analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　2+ years of related experience- Strong time management and organizational skills

　　Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines

　　Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity

　　Remarkable accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
