　　Attorney opportunity with esteemed, global law firm!!!

　　Robert Half has partnered with a leading law firm with an international presence that is growing its already established, thriving Los Angeles office! The firm is looking for an associate attorney to join its insurance coverage team.

　　The firm is very remote flexible, with an office in Downtown Los Angeles! While the ideal associate attorney would live within commuting distance to collaborate on-site, the firm will consider fully remote California-licensed attorney candidates who live outside of Los Angeles!!

　　Responsibilities of Role

　　This attorney will have a caseload of insurance coverage and insurance coverage litigation matters.

　　The ideal candidate can run a case from inception through at least pre-trial. There are opportunities to go to trial here!

　　Take depositions, argue motions, attend court hearings, attend mediations.

　　Draft motions, pleadings, and legal briefs.

　　Propound and respond to discovery.

　　Preparing coverage opinions after extensive legal research.

　　Prepare client status reports with recommendations.

　　Compensation:

　　Salary range – 180-195

　　Bonus – based on billable hours

　　4+ years of litigation experience.

　　Experience with insurance coverage a plus!

　　Strong writing skills.

　　Good interpersonal skills!! This is a nice group.

　　JD from ABA accredited law school and CA Bar
