A Place to Be Proud.Responsibilities* Collaboratively develops and implements solutions in an Agile team environment consisting of poly-skilled developers working across all areas of technology stack, including Oracle APEX, QlikSense or QlikView, Crystal Reports and traditional ETL tools, such as Business Object Data Services and SSIS.* Participates in peer programming, testing and code review.* Works with the business to transform the way information is appropriately accessed to perform well in a specific role.* Develops and maintains effective interpersonal relationships with other departments, maintains confidentiality of all data, information, and activities, and performs detailed, quality work in a timely fashion.QualificationsEducation:* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IS or related field.Skills:* Robust communication and problem solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.* SQL querying.* Ability to manipulate, mine, and analyze large complex datasets, utilizing analytic tools and techniques for reporting.* Adapt and learn new tools quickly.Experience:* Experience working with healthcare data, EPIC Clarity experience, preferred.* Experience working with Epic Caboodle Experience in Agile methodology, preferred.* Experience with Crystal Reports, QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau or Apex, preferred.The above list of duties is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this classification.
