A South Charleston insurance provider is looking for a CSR/claims rep to assist in it's medical insurance call center. Responsibilities: As a Claims Representative you will be setting up new customers with service, as well as assisting existing customers with billing questions. The Claims Representative is key in ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Must have 3rd party medical insurance claims experience Data entry 5000KPH or higher & must know MS Office (test required) Must have some 3rd party claims and insurance experience. A minimum of Associate's degree is preferred. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Pay $15.00 an hour. Evaluation to hire.
