Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Instructor/Trainer in Wixom, Michigan. This role will involve providing training on various computer programs and management systems, with a focus on Microsoft applications. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our team, ensuring that our staff are well-equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs on computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Access, Excel, and other Microsoft applications

• Assist in the administration of Human Resources (HR) and Accounting Functions

• Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the 'About Time' management system and train staff accordingly

• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure training needs are met

• Ensure all training materials and programs adhere to company policies and standards

• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments

• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve training programs

• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages staff to develop their skills. Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Instructor/Trainer

• Proficiency in Computer Programs and Management Systems

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software

• Understanding of basic Accounting Functions

• Excellent Communication skills

• Exceptional Customer Service abilities

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
