　　Responsibilities

　　Your goal will be to create a learning environment that provides inmates/detainees the opportunity to maximize their learning potential and achieve or enhance an ability to perform vocational tasks. This role will require you to:

　　Provide instruction to inmates for various labor and/or technical skills. through classroom instruction, demonstration, and practical exercises.Maintain records including testing, daily offender work, attendance and general record-keeping.Assess educational needs of inmates, develop lessons plans to address those needs to include individualized assignments and training.Administer, score, and interpret examinations and proficiency indicators.Counsel your students concerning their performance, behavior, and personal problems.
